By accessing or using the services provided by Benzoo IPTV ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Usage & Account Policies
When you purchase a subscription from Benzoo IPTV, you are granted access strictly for personal, non-commercial use. The following rules apply:
- One Connection per Subscription: Standard plans allow only ONE connection at a time. Using one account on multiple devices simultaneously will result in automatic suspension. (Unless a multi-device plan is explicitly purchased).
- No Restreaming: Re-broadcasting, sharing, or attempting to extract our stream URLs for public use is strictly forbidden and will lead to an immediate ban without a refund.
- Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your IPTV login details secure. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Billing & 7-Day Refund Policy
We pride ourselves on our transparent billing. We do not use automatic recurring billing. Once your subscription ends, it is your choice to renew.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If our technical support team is unable to resolve a streaming issue within the first 7 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
4. Service Availability & Content
While we strive for 99.9% uptime using our Anti-Freezeâ„¢ technology, IPTV services are subject to internet routing, ISP blocking, and server maintenance.
- Channels and VOD content are subject to change, update, or removal at any time without prior notice.
- We do not host any of the media content. We only provide routing access to existing media on the web.
- Internet speed fluctuations on the user's end are not the responsibility of Benzoo IPTV. A minimum of 15 Mbps is recommended for smooth 4K streaming.
5. Limitation of Liability
Benzoo IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
